Her leadership journey at Google includes pivotal roles such as Head of Sales for LCS Ireland, Country Manager for Ireland, and Specialists Lead for Northern Europe, where she consistently delivered significant growth in challenging sectors like Travel, Financial Services, Energy, and Retail, while expertly managing large teams and cultivating C-suite partnerships.
Cera possesses deep fluency in Performance and Brand marketing, enhanced by a forward-looking focus on Apps and AI. Fully versed in Google’s AI capabilities, she excels at translating complex AI concepts into strategic business value for senior executives.
Before her Google career, Cera honed her commercial acumen as Commercial Director for a leading Irish radio group, Communicorp developing expertise in media strategy, broadcasting insights, journalism, and negotiating major sports sponsorships.
Cera is a Board Member for Her Sport, where she promotes greater representation and opportunities for women in sport through partnerships. Her passion for sport and equality stems from her Media and Marketing studies and her 6-year term on the Board of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
