Donnchadh leads Enterprise Ireland’s Enterprise Solutions team, supporting over 650 scaling companies across sectors including Smart Cities, Edtech, Enterprise Software, Retailtech, Talenttech, Sportstech, and Digital Entertainment. His team works with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth, secure investment, and expand internationally.
He previously worked in Enterprise Ireland’s Access to Finance team, connecting startups with angel investors and VCs, and has extensive investment appraisal experience across multiple sectors. Earlier, he managed a fintech-focused client portfolio within the Software team.
Before joining Enterprise Ireland, Donnchadh worked in electronics hardware design and manufacturing in Ireland and the US, giving him a strong foundation in product development and global operations.
He regularly contributes to national innovation panels and AI strategy forums, and is passionate about helping Irish tech companies scale globally.
