Austin McEvoy

Austin is a Managing Director in our Human Capital team. He leads Deloitte’s Strategic and Technology Change team. He has spent over 20 years’ supporting business leaders in the areas of HR transformation, organisation development and change management. He has particular expertise in the design and delivery of change management methodologies to support organisational changes e.g., new strategies, new technology, changing structures and cultures. He has extensive experience in the introduction of technology change including SAP, S/4 Hana, SAP HCM, UKG Dimensions, AI Change Management and HR Systems. Austin’s areas of focus include Change Management, Programme Leadership, Organisation Design, Learning and Capabilities, Employee Engagement and Communications.
