Conor brings more than a decade of experience building scalable GTM & partnership frameworks that connect VC with high-growth startups, drive strategic collaboration, and unlock measurable commercial growth. In his current role at HubSpot for Startups, he leads the company’s VC programme, focusing on go-to-market strategy, ecosystem development, and partnership initiatives designed to support ambitious founders as they scale.
Conor’s career has been built at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and the startup ecosystem. He also sits on HubSpot’s EMEA Product Council, establishing streamlined, efficient, and innovative systems & operations that support organisational effectiveness for HubSpot. Prior to HubSpot, Conor led digital transformation and revenue operations at Engaging Partners (NZ) as Client Director, where he also lectured in Business Process Automation at Unitec.
