Meave Lyons

Maeve Lyons is Programme Manager at RDI Hub and National Programme Manager for the AI Navigator Programme, a national initiative supporting Irish enterprises in adopting and implementing AI.
Over the past three years, Maeve has worked closely with organisations across Ireland to drive digital transformation, helping leadership teams define practical, responsible AI strategies aligned to business goals. She designs and delivers hands-on training, workshops, and masterclasses that focus on real-world application—moving beyond theory to enable immediate impact in day-to-day operations.
Maeve has supported a wide range of Irish SMEs and enterprises, including those in construction, travel and tourism, manufacturing, and financial services, guiding them to identify opportunities, improve productivity, and build internal capability in AI. Her work is centred on making AI accessible, actionable, and relevant for non-technical audiences, with a strong emphasis on practical adoption and measurable outcomes.
