Miranda is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital team, specialising in Change Management and Organisational Behaviour. She has spent the last 10 years working across different industries, helping organisations and their people manage complex and strategic changes driven by new technology like ServiceNow and SAP, mergers and acquisitions, and new ways of working including the use of AI. Miranda’s focus areas include change management strategy, culture and behavioural change, change management for AI, and adoption. She brings a strong understanding of human behaviour and how to engage and manage stakeholders to effectively bring them along the change journey to adopt new ways of working.
