Nathan Cullen is the Country General Manager and Technology Leader for IBM Ireland, having assumed this role in November 2024 following more than 16 years of service within IBM.
In his capacity as General Manager, Nathan is responsible for shaping IBM’s strategic vision in Ireland, driving operational excellence, nurturing high-performing teams, and deepening relationships with customers, partners, and the broader Irish technology ecosystem.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Ecosystem Leader for IBM Ireland, where he led growth in technology sales through channel and partner engagement. Over his career at IBM, he has held leadership roles in software development, offering management, sales leadership, and technical leadership, both within Ireland and internationally. I
Nathan is widely recognised as a results-driven technologist, skilled at orchestrating complex transformations, building collaborative partnerships, and fostering innovation in rapidly evolving markets.
Outside of IBM, Nathan is actively engaged in the tech community in Ireland, advocating for digital transformation, ecosystem-led growth, and the advancement of AI and hybrid cloud technologies.
